Back to School Giveaways
Remember the smell of new crayons? How about the excitement of sharpening your pencils and filling your notebook with fresh white paper? Better yet, the bounce that a new pair of tennis shoes adds to your step…
Each year, approximately 450 children whose families ride ALFC buses to church, experience that same joy during the back-to-school season when our church members donate money to purchase new backpacks, school supplies, and tennis shoes in just the right size.

Our Bus Ministry provides transportation each week to the following services:
- Sundays at 8:30 & 10:30 a.m.
If you need transportation, bus schedules are available at the Information Centers at church, or call 915-532-8543 for schedule information.

Christmas is For Kids
One of the highlights of our year! Beginning in November, church members donate resources and toys for our church to provide thousands of children in need with toys at Christmas. Thousands of children every Christmas arive with great anticipation to receive these brand new toys. Along with sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone, we give them the toys - for many it's the only toys they'll receive this Christmas. Last year, we gave away over 15,000 brand new toys; and this year we will do even more.

Beginning in October, ALFC bus riders earn Christmas coupons for church attendance, scripture memorization and bringing visitors to church. Hundreds of donated gift items are set up in our Christmas Store. This gives parents and children the opportunity to go Christmas shopping for gifts they might not otherwise be able to enjoy. Our church is able to bless 500 families every year through this ministry!

Counseling
Although ALFC does not employ professional counselors, staff members are available to offer assistance from the Word of God in English or Spanish. While we know that the best counsel is available while attending regular church services and listening to the teaching of God’s Word, sometimes one-on-one sessions are a necessity. We also provide classes to strengthen marriages, instruct parents, and assist in recovery after divorce or the loss of a loved one. Numerous books and teaching series are also available in the Bookstore at church and online.
To schedule a counseling appointment, please call us at 915.532.8543.
