The most important way to get plugged in to ALFC is to sign up to be a volunteer. There are several ways to get involved in volunteering at ALFC. We have opportunities that fit all types of personalities, interests, age groups and schedules. Becoming a volunteer is simple. All you have to do is pick up a volunteer application at any Information Center, located in the lobby at church. 

If you like being with people, there are several opportunities to work in the English and Spanish adult worship services, Oneighty and Abundant Living Kids services in a variety of areas.  

If your talent is giving and serving, give of yourself in the Food Pantry or Clothing Give-away Ministries.

If your passion is outreach and evangelism, you can serve in our Bus Ministry or Jail & Prison Ministry.

If you are technical, there are opportunities to volunteer in the Multi-Media department.

If you are gifted in music, drama or dance, there are opportunities to sing, dance, act and play instruments in our Performing Arts Ministries in the adult, Spanish, Oneighty Youth and Kid’s Faith Center services.           

If you love working with babies and toddlers, there are many opportunities to serve the Lord with your time and talent in the Nursery and Preschool Ministry.

If you are creative and like working with your hands, you can volunteer in our Drama or Kids Ministry.

If you are gifted as a teacher, try working in our Hearts & Souls Small Group Ministry. 

If you are able to minister to people through prayer and encouragement, the New Birth Prayer Partners, Follow-up Department and Hospital Visitation Ministry has several opportunities to get involved.                       

If you enjoy working with children, Abundant Living Kids has many positions available.

If you are drawn toward teens, Oneighty, the Student Ministry of ALFC, has several opportunities to serve.
