Your Best Year Yet, Is In You!

By January 8, 2015 December 21st, 2024 Jared Nieman

I am believing with you for a year full of victory and triumph; a year full of peace and happiness, a year of health and wellness, wisdom and opportunity!  Come on now, that’s a good place to say Amen!  I’m sure many of us, myself included, are believing that 2015 will in fact be our best year yet.  But I’ll tell you, it’s not going to “just happen”.  As a matter of fact, more often than not, the only thing that “just happens” is nothing.

For 2015 to be the year where your destiny begins to manifest, for this year to be the year that the promises of God come into fruition in your life, you can’t just sit back and see what the world deals you.  See the impact of this year and whether or not it is a good year is not going to be determined by things around you.  If this year is to be your greatest year yet, it is up to you, as a matter of fact, it is in you already!

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us…”  Ephesian 3:20 (NLT)

The new professional opportunities, the financial breakthroughs, the stronger family, every dream, every request you’ve made, rest assured that our God can do it, and more.  But here is the miracle: the very power that flows from Him, works in us!

Think about that for second, the same power that raised Jesus from the grave, lives in you!  The power of the living God, is at work in you!  This understanding should give you incredible confidence!  You see when you understand the power of God, you understand who God is. God’s power does not start something it does not intend to finish.  God’s power can do all things, and if His power can do it, so can you!

So your greatest year yet?  It’s in you!  A stronger family this year?  It’s in you!  Getting your money right?  It’s in you!  This truth should give you a confidence that shouts out “I can do ALL things!”  What a great confidence we have in Jesus!

Let me remind you that this confidence is meant to create confident action.  You see it’s not enough to just have the power of God in you, Ephesians says that this power is “at work” in us.  That means we’re applying this confidence, we’re moving in this confidence, we’re obeying God with confidence.  When you sense the Lord nudging you to do things that may seem challenging, remind yourself that it’s not just by your own strength, but by His Spirit at work in you.  So respond to the challenges with confident action!

So, take the pressure off, having your best year yet has nothing to do with your human ability or resources, it has everything to do with your agreement with God. When our actions line up with His will, this great power activates and all the greater that you’re believing for in 2015, will begin to manifest!

I know you can do it!  It’s already in you!

Live Extraordinarily,

Jared
